How it works

Industries

I work in…

Twenty-two industries in six groups. Each industry page shows the problems we solve there, the products that fit and the devices to match.

How it works

From a sensor to an audit pack.

Follow one batch through a cooldown: the device measures, the cloud watches the clock, and the record writes itself.

  1. Sense

Step 1: A probe in the food

A K-type thermocouple probe reads the batch’s core temperature, and the screen shows which cooling stage it is in.

  2. Connect

Step 2: Sent as it happens

The Cooldown Device reports as it goes, over LoRaWAN through the site’s CT Gateway to Callisto.

  3. Watch

    Step 3: 60 to 21 °C, then 5 °C

2 hours for stage one, up to 4 more for stage two. Each crossing is stamped, and a late stage raises an alert in time to act.

  4. Prove

    Step 4: Into the record

The finished cooldown lands in the cooldown list with every reading, and goes into the audit pack. Nothing to copy out.

Hardware

Devices that feed the record.

Fixed sensors for cold and hot storage, cooldown probes, handhelds, a site gateway, a label printer and e-ink labels. Our own engineers design the sensors and probes, and every device feeds the platform.

Built to stand up in an audit.

Readings kept offline

Devices store readings on board when the network drops and send them once it is back, so a short outage does not cost you the record.

Access by role and site

People see only the sites, worksheets and dashboards their role allows.

Evidence that holds up

Time-stamped readings, watermarked photo evidence, reviewer sign-off and audit logs.

Calibration on record

Ice-point and boiling-point checks, with calibration certificates kept on file.

Backed by an ASX-listed company. MeridianCT is part of Constellation Technologies Ltd (ASX: CT1), which started in 2016 with a single temperature-monitoring solution.
