What FoodIQ does

Plan it once, serve it everywhere.

FoodIQ keeps your products, recipes and menu cycles in one place, checks supplier products against their labels with its supplier app, and publishes approved menus to every site.

One product master

Every product and ingredient with nutrients per 100 g and allergens, built on Australian food composition data and your suppliers’ own specifications.

Recipe builder

Nutrition information panels per serve and per 100 g, allergen roll-up, yield, cost per portion and IDDSI texture variants, worked out as you build.

Menu cycle planner

Plan cycles of 1 to 52 weeks by meal period, check them against sector budgets and nutrition rules, then publish to every site.

Supplier app

Supplier reps log in with a QR code and photograph product labels. AI reads allergens, ingredients, nutrition, barcode and origin.

Double-blind verification

Two different people check each section of a label on their own, and a third settles any difference before it reaches your product master.

Suppliers in one view

Supplier details, distribution centres, contract prices, barcodes and certifications such as HACCP, organic, halal and kosher.

The supplier app

Labels checked twice, by people.

Part of FoodIQ, not a separate product. Supplier reps log in at their distribution centre with a QR code and photograph each product's labels. AI reads them; your reviewers decide.

  • Each label section is checked on its own by two different reviewers
  • A third reviewer settles any difference between the first two
  • A rejected section goes back to the rep for a re-scan, not the whole product
  • Approved details are written to your product master, ready for recipes
